“嗓子痛”不都是感冒引起的

咽痛(俗稱“嗓子痛”)是許多疾病的一種常見癥狀。其常見原因為咽喉部炎癥(細菌與病毒感染)、創傷、化學藥物、腫瘤等。此外，此癥也可以鄰近器官及全身性疾病的局部表現。
咽部疾病引起的咽痛主要有：
咽周圍感染：如咽后膿腫、咽旁膿腫，多因吞咽疼痛、吞咽困難和呼吸困難而就診。
**種疾病引起的咽痛：如咽結核、咽狼瘡、咽部慢性結核性潰瘍、硬結病、潰瘍膜性咽峽炎等。
非感染性咽痛：咽壁外傷及異物、放射性咽痛、化學灼燒性咽痛、咽喉部惡性腫瘤、舌咽神經痛、喉上神經痛、功能性咽炎、粘膜過敏性反應等。
鄰近器官疾病所致的咽痛主要有：
牙源性咽痛：阻生牙及冠周炎、口底化膿性蜂窩織炎、舌炎、舌根潰瘍、舌根膿腫。
喉源性咽痛：急性會厭炎及膿腫、喉軟骨膜炎、喉部創傷、環杓關節炎、晚期口腔潰瘍性結核。
鼻源性咽痛：急性鼻炎、鼻竇炎、鼻腔惡性腫瘤。
頸源性咽痛：頸動脈炎性咽痛、頸突綜合征、頸椎病、甲狀腺炎。
食管源性咽痛：食管上段異物、食管炎。
全身疾病引起的咽痛主要有：
急性上呼吸道炎性咽痛：較為多見，常見的有感冒、腺病毒感染、急性腺病毒性。
呼吸道炎、咽結膜熱、C病毒性皰疹性咽炎、皰疹性口腔炎、傳染性單核細胞增多癥。
急性傳染性疾病：發生咽白喉、猩紅熱、傷寒、水痘、麻疹、斑疹傷寒、黑熱病、回歸熱、流行性出血熱等癥時，患者大多有咽痛。
血液病性咽痛：急性白血病伴壞死性咽炎、淋巴性白血病、粒細胞缺乏癥咽峽炎、血小板減少性紫癜、缺鐵性貧血、紅細胞增多癥等患者也可出現咽痛
